RefundsBuyers can get refunds for undelivered, incomplete or misrepresented orders.

Dispute handlingSupport reviews the order chat, so keep every proof of delivery inside the order.

Payout holdsFunds may be held while we investigate suspected fraud or chargebacks.

Account suspensionRepeated or serious violations lead to temporary or permanent suspension.

Government-issued IDA valid passport, ID card or driving licence.

Liveness checkA short selfie capture matched against your document.

Minimum age of 18You must be at least 18 in your country of residence.
