Nutzung von GameVitalise

GameVitalise is a marketplace where verified sellers offer game accounts, in-game currency and items, boosting, coaching and digital goods, and buyers purchase them under escrow protection.

You must be at least 18 years old in your country of residence to buy or sell. One person may hold one account; creating additional accounts to evade a restriction is not permitted.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your email inbox secure — sign-in codes are delivered there, so access to your inbox is access to your account.

Tell support immediately if you believe someone else has used your account.

Kaufen und Verkaufen

Listings must describe accurately what the buyer receives, at the advertised price and delivery time. Sellers deliver through the platform and mark an order complete only once delivery has actually happened.

Payment is held in escrow and released to the seller when the buyer confirms delivery. Arranging payment or delivery outside the platform removes that protection for both sides and is not permitted.

• Selling goods you do not own or are not entitled to transfer.
• Fraudulent, stolen or charged-back payment methods.
• Manipulating ratings, reviews or search placement.
• Harassment, threats or abusive behaviour toward other users or staff.
• Moving conversations or payments off the platform.
• Automated scraping or attempts to disrupt the service.

Durchsetzung

Breaking these rules can lead to listings being removed, payouts being held during an investigation, or an account being temporarily or permanently suspended. Serious or repeated breaches escalate faster.

If your account is restricted you can submit an appeal, and our team will review the decision.

Änderungen

We may update these terms as the marketplace changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
