Cómo puedes pagar
At checkout you choose a provider and are taken to their hosted payment page to complete the payment. You can also pay from your GameVitalise wallet balance if it covers the order.

Recargar el monedero
Open your wallet and choose Top up, enter an amount and pick a provider. Once the payment clears, the balance appears in your wallet and can be spent on any order.
Escrow: dónde está tu dinero
Paying does not send money straight to the seller. Funds are held in escrow while the seller delivers. They are released only when you confirm you have received what you paid for — or when support resolves a dispute.
Reembolsos
While an order is still in escrow you can request a refund if the item was never delivered, arrived incomplete, or was materially different from the listing.
Approved refunds are returned to your wallet, where you can spend them on another order or withdraw them. Refunds appear in your wallet transaction history.
Cobros de los vendedores
Sellers add a payout method — bank transfer or crypto — in settings, then request a withdrawal from the wallet. Withdrawals move from requested, to processing, to paid.
A verified phone number is required before adding a payout method or withdrawing. Payouts can be held while we investigate suspected fraud or a chargeback.
Si un pago no llega
Provider payments can take a few minutes to confirm, and crypto can take longer depending on network congestion. If an order still shows as unpaid after a reasonable wait, contact support with the order number rather than paying a second time.
