What we collect

• Account details: your email address, display name, avatar, bio, languages and timezone.
• Order and wallet activity: what you bought or sold, payment status and wallet transactions.
• Messages: conversations tied to an order, and support conversations.
• Security signals: sign-in activity, device and browser information, and approximate location derived from your IP, used to detect fraud and account takeover.
• Identity verification: sellers complete identity checks through our verification provider.

Why we use it

To run your account and process orders, to hold and release escrow correctly, to help support resolve disputes, to detect fraud and abuse, and to meet legal obligations that apply to marketplaces handling payments.

Payments and identity

Card and bank details are entered with our payment providers and are held by them, not by us. We store only the provider's reference and a masked value such as the last four digits, so we can show you which method is saved.

Identity documents submitted during seller verification are handled by our verification provider. We receive the outcome of the check, not the underlying documents.

Cookies and storage

We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences and — with your consent — to measure how the site is used. You can change your choices at any time from the Cookie Policy page.

Your rights

You can access and correct most of your details directly in Account Settings. You can also request a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent you previously gave.

Some data must be retained even after a deletion request where we are legally required to keep it — transaction records for accounting and anti-fraud purposes are the usual example.
