Selling Guide

Getting verified, publishing listings and delivering orders on time.

Last updated July 19, 2026

Becoming a seller

Start from Account Settings and follow the Become a Seller flow. You will read what the marketplace expects, then complete identity verification. You need to be at least 18 and have a valid government-issued ID.

You will also need to verify a phone number before you can publish listings, add a payout method or withdraw.

Creating listings

Publish from your seller dashboard. Give a clear title, an honest description of exactly what the buyer receives, a realistic delivery time and the correct category and game.

New and edited listings go into review before they appear publicly. Editing a live listing sends it back for review, so batch your changes.

Handling orders

When an order arrives you will be notified and a conversation opens with the buyer. Reply promptly, deliver within your advertised window, and mark the order delivered only once you have actually handed everything over.

The buyer then releases escrow and the funds land in your wallet. Keep proof of delivery inside the order chat — it is what support reviews in a dispute.

Getting paid

Add a payout method — bank transfer or crypto — in settings, then request a withdrawal from your seller wallet. Withdrawals move from requested, to processing, to paid.

Keeping your account in good standing

  • Deliver on time and communicate when something slips.
  • Never list something you cannot actually supply.
  • Keep all conversation and payment on the platform.
  • Do not attempt to influence ratings.
  • Respond to disputes with evidence rather than argument.
