Ce face escrow-ul

When a buyer pays, the money is held by the platform rather than passed to the seller. The seller can see the order is funded and start work; the buyer knows the money is not gone if delivery fails.

Funds are released to the seller when the buyer confirms delivery, or when support resolves a dispute in the seller's favour.

Ciclul de viață al comenzii

• Pending — created, awaiting payment.
• Paid — funds held in escrow, seller can begin.
• Delivered — seller has marked delivery; buyer should verify.
• Completed — buyer released escrow, seller paid.
• Cancelled or refunded — the order ended without delivery.

Deschiderea unei dispute

If delivery did not happen, was incomplete, or did not match the listing, open a dispute from the order while the funds are still in escrow. Give a clear reason and point to the relevant messages.

The seller is asked to respond. Most disputes resolve at this stage, once both sides state what happened.

Cum se decid disputele

Support reviews the listing, the order history and the order conversation. Evidence inside the order chat is what carries weight — screenshots, delivery confirmations and what each side agreed.

The outcome is either a release to the seller, a refund to the buyer, or a partial resolution where that fits the facts.

Cum îți întărești poziția

• Buyers: verify carefully before releasing, and raise problems while funds are still in escrow.
• Sellers: post delivery proof in the order chat every time.
• Both: keep everything on the platform — off-platform arrangements cannot be assessed and are not covered.
